Do you have a sewer drain that is cracked or broken under the concrete slab of your home or building? Does the pipe run under mature landscaping? Maybe you have a vent or storm drain that is in a wall where it can't be accessed? The team can rehab your old failing drains without breaking up your floors, cutting open walls or digging up the front yard! Pipe lining is a non-destructive, long term pipe restoration solution that makes open trenching and “gutting” older buildings to replace aging sewer lines a thing of the past. “Cured in place pipe” lining is a process in which an existing failing drain line is rehabilitated with a specially prepared epoxy based pipe liner that once installed and cured, restores your old failing pipe to like new condition, all with little to no disruption or destruction to your property.
Step 1 : An initial video inspection is conducted to determine the condition, size and location of the pipes in question.
Step 2 : The pipes are thoroughly cleaned and prepped for lining.
Step 3 : After the pipes are cleaned, the C.I.P.P liner will be installed with minimal down time and little disruption to your normal routine.
Step 4 : Once the installed liner has cured, we will conduct a post video inspection to verify proper installation. The video inspection, showing your restored system, will be recorded on a DVD and provided for your records.
offers epoxy pipe lining for sewer and storm drain lines, ranging in diameter from 2"-12". Pipelining can be done with virtually no destruction to your property in about a third of the time of conventional open trenching pipe replacement methods.  Not only is pipe lining a non destructive alternative to conventional pipe replacement, it is more cost effective when you factor in the remodeling costs associated with the “dig up and replace” pipe rehab.  Before you dig, let offer another option to save you time and money!

offers small epoxy point repairs for sections of missing or broken drain pipe that do not need a long length of epoxy pipe liner to be restored. Without having to dig up a damaged section of sewer line, we can install a cured in place pipe liner from 3 to 5 foot long and restore a short section of missing, cracked or broken drain pipe. Much like a stint used by a heart surgeon to open and save a closed artery, epoxy point repairs are “stints” for drain pipe. We offer an affordable and fast alternative of rehabbing short sections of broken drain pipe. The video to the left shows a 3 foot long section of pipe liner that was installed in a section of missing 6 inch PVC Main sewer pipe buried almost 8 feet deep under concrete. The video includes both pre and post lining video inspections.
