Luke is a Florida State certified building contractor who
has spent the last 17 years studying, performing, and
perfecting the techniques necessary to accurately pinpoin
hidden leaks, survey large properties for water loss, and
detect sources of water intrusion.
Luke has performed well over 12 thousand leak locations over the
past 17 years and has worked for some of the largest water
consumers in the State of Florida, such as Disney, Bush Gardens,
Cypress Gardens, the school boards of Pinellas and Hillsborough
County, and theTampa Bay Water Department to name just a few.
Luke specializes in the application and training of HydroScout technicians
in all the leading forms of electronic leak detection and pressurized
pipe inspection.
Brandon Page
Brandon is a Florida state certified plumber and certified
master plumber under the IPC and UPC. He has spent the last
decade studying, performing, and perfecting a variety of highly
specialized inspection and non destructive restoration techniques
to diagnose and solve the most complex underground drain
related problems.
Brandon has performed numerous diagnostic inspections on plumbing
systems throughout the gulf coast, southern Florida,and
the Midwest.
He specializes in the application and training of HydroScout technicians
in sewer video inspections, sewer odor detection, pipe line tracing and
locating, hydro jetting, "trench less" pipe bursting and cured in place epoxy
pipe lining.
Brian Ebben
After graduating high school in Appleton, WI, Brian worked four
years as a plumber’s apprentice and learned the basics of the
plumbing trade. In 2005, he moved to Key Largo, FL and worked
for a resort in the engineering department for two years and then
relocated to the panhandle and worked for another resort in the
facilities maintenance department.
In the spring of 2009, Brian joined the Hydroscout team and began his
training in leak detection and pipe inspections. Brian has completed basic
training in pool and spa leak detection and is on track to one day becoming a HydroScout leak expert.
